If you look at the pictures below, you will notice that there's
something on my tire that shouldn't be there. That's right, there's a
@$%^@& !#$%!$% in my tire! That's just something I really didn't
want to see. What a way to start off my four day weekend.
Luckily, I'll be able to borrow my girlfriend's extra car if needed,
but I'd like to get this fixed as soon as possible. Damn, there I go
losing more cash. I swear, maybe karma doesn't exist, because I
can't see why this had to happen. ^&*$*@ karma. $@^@*& something that's stuck in my tire.

It's rainy days again here in Southern California, and my pet dog
definitely is not a fan of thunder. It produces some humorous
situations, but also it's kinda sad seeing her all scared. First she
notices the lightning flashing through the window, she starts barking
defensively, and then the thunder strikes which makes her try to hide
somewhere. Somewhere is definitely the way to describe it,
because she'll take whatever she can find to hide into.
Sometimes, she'll try and hide in places where she really really can't
fit in. Other times, she'll run straight for me and hide behind
me. One time, she ended up curled up on my legs for quite a long
time, that I lost feelings in them. I even made her a makeshift
fortress (chairs and blankets) for her to hide in while she's indoors.
Yeah, she's definitely not a fan of thunder, and the way I describe it
is that she must think it's the sound of a really really big dog
barking down at her. Silly doggie.

Me and my friends went to SeaWorld San Diego.
I believe the last time I've been there was in 2003. For my other
friends, it's as much as 18 years ago for some of them. Me and my
girlfriend weren't really there for the park, but more to hang out with
my friend who is currently on leave from the U.S. military. As a
plus though, SeaWorld proved to be a relaxing excursion for the both of
us, so we rather enjoyed ourselves at a place we openly say "doesn't
have much to do or see." For the most part, there were a lot of
watching animals, touching animals, feeding animals, and me taking
pictures / video shots of them doing said activities.
One of the attractions we watched was the R.L. Stein's Haunted
Lighthouse 4D show, which I've never seen before, but have seen the
show it replaced which was some Pirate thing. The 3D effects were
pretty cool, but unlike the Pirate show that preceeded it, you don't
get that wet. I recall being soaking wet at the end of the Pirate
show, but this lighthouse thing didn't give us the same result.
Oh well.
Another "ride" that we got on was the Wild Arctic experience, which was
like SeaWorld's version of Disneyland's Star Tours. Cheesy but
enjoyable nontheless.
The real highlight for me and my girlfriend though was purchasing these
Polar Bear hand puppets, that we thoroughly enjoyed. For almost
half our stay in the park, we each had a polar bear on one hand. At the
end of the night, we even got some baby to stop crying, by entertaining
her with our hand puppets. They are just sooo cute. hehe
Good fun.

I've got to say, this October is coming up to be one of the best months
for me this year. A lot of good things happening for me so far. I
suppose it helps that for these next three weeks, I'm only working
three days a week, with two four day weekends, and two three days
weekends. I've already done one three day weekend, and it's been oh so
memorable for me. I've just got back from work, after only working
three days this week, and I'm glad to see that they weren't three long
work days. It's been almost half a month now, and I'm honestly
optimistic that this will be a great one. It's a nice feeling to have
for a change.
