• Kinda out of the blue encounter happened to me. Recently, I met a voice actress for one of those Japanese Anime. It wasn't a Japanese voice actress but an American voice actress that does the english dubbing for the western market. I asked her what anime she's done or what her name was, but she said she didn't want to say, and wanted to keep that information confidential. She did say that one of her anime is currently being shown on the Adult Swim programing network, so that could be a whole number of shows. I've been out of touch with anime for the majority of this decade, compared to the past decade where I was completely enamored with the medium (I was President for an anime club in college at one point). The fact that I was casually talking about all things anime with an actual anime voice actress (even if it's "just" from the english dubs), was pretty neat. It almost makes me want to get more into anime again..... nnaahhhh
