arrgghh, my 100GB Hard Drive for my laptop is starting to show it's limits. For awhile now I've been able to put up with it, by copying data to my portable 80GB Hard Drive, or just burning data to DVD-R's. Unfortunately, my portable hard drive is now full, and I only really want to burn so many DVD-Rs as it is. Lately I've been really taking advantage of my digital camera's video recording capabilities, and coming home from concerts and events (recently the comic-con) with 8 - 12 GB of pictures and videos. Man, they really add up in my HDD. Those are primarily the culprit of why I'm looking to see if I can replace my laptop's hard drive with a new one (a 200+GB HDD would be nice). I just realized that when I do that, I've gotta once again reinstall everything in my laptop. Yet another arrgghh.
