I wonder if I really am in the minority here, but is everyone still pretty active on instant messenger clients like AIM, MSN, yahoo IM, etc? Because it's been practically a couple of years now since I was on any of them (I used Trillian for simplicity sake). I suppose instant messengers stems from "chatting" with people online, and I think that I just lost the need to do that in real time. Message boards and my blog here seems to be enough for me in communicating with people online. Heck I prefer cell phone text messaging over e-mail in many cases. Maybe it really is just me *shrug*

Actually, IM and SMS has replaced email for most ppl. Some ppl have the two combined since there are IM -> SMS bridges and the other way around now.
i still prefer im's to texts. emails are boring =P
Yea I think so. We even use AIM at work between coworkers and we sit over the next cubby.
I haven't touched any of the messengers in ages. Text messaging mostly.
On a side note: Virtual Fighter's coming to XBox at the end of this month. Are you planning on picking that up?
Virtua Fighter 5 on xbox live? Hell yeah. Dude, if you own a 360, we could do some online matches. Heck, I can actually talk to you through that.
Just got the XBox over the weekend. See you in the virtual world!
sweet, send me a friend request ( optimum5 )
