  • About an hour before I left for work, my wife noticed that my white dog had a cut under his right eye, and it was bleeding. We figured that he cut it on the fence with the chicken wire, but it didn't seem so bad. I left for work and assumed the best. However, about an hour into my work shift, I get a call from my wife that she had to take my white dog to the emergency pet hospital because it started bleeding again. It turns out he needed stiches, because the cut is deeper than we thought. Four hours later at 2:30AM, my wife finally brought back our dog home. My poor wife, she has to be awake at 7:30AM for work, so she's not going to get as much sleep as she normally gets. As for the white dog, he seems a little more sad, probably because his stiches might be bothering him. All we need to do for the next week is give him some antibiotic pills, and in two weeks he'll be able to get the stiches out. aaawww, this is his first medical "emergency" too.
