With California having the "Hands Free" law now, there's one epidemic that's been going around, people with horrible blue-tooth ear pieces. Horrible not in the design of it (that's another matter), but horrible in sound quality. Yeah I know it must be an inconvenience being forced to buy a blue tooth device for a cellphone (sarcasm right there), and yeah I know it's tempting to just get the cheap ones, but it does not make it easier for the other person on the other end of the line to have a proper conversation. Biggest problem I hear from the crappy blue-tooth devices out there, persistent echo effects that makes it seem like you are talking to two people, and yourself right back at you. Quite annoying.
While we're on the subject involving cellphones, people need to think twice about using their video recording function on their phones. The majority of phones out there have crappy quality cameras, which means that them capturing a moment on a cellphone video becomes a waste of time. The end result are usually uber grainy videos and crap sound quality that sounds like you are listening to audio from the vacuum of dissolution. I say use at least a minimum 2.0 mega-pixels cellphone camera for any sort of redeeming video quality (if not sound).
Speaking of video recording with a cellphone, people need to stop turning their phones sideways because they want to get a vertical angle of what they are profiling. Just because it makes sense to do that when taking a photo, does not mean it makes sense when taking a video. The video format is horizontal in nature, and people watch videos that way as well. Sure, they can turn their phone sideways to playback the video they took, but they shouldn't upload it to youtube or other sites like that. What do they want us to do, turn our computer monitor sideways to see the video properly? Or is craning and tilting our heads the new wave of the future? It's ridiculous I tell you.

haha yeah but uh not everyone wants to buy one, that's why not everyone had one to begin with. even the "name brand" ones aren't all that great in quality.
the video thing, i never thought of it that way (mainly because i don't do videos) but it makes sense.
