In a in a previous post I mentioned that I tend to have
unpopular opinions about somethings, and I’ve been in conflict with
others because of that. I try and consciously refrain from speaking my
mind too much unless provoked to do so, because I quite honestly would
rather not get into heated arguments. The reason I mention this again….
Well over the weekend, I got to watch the very first Resident Evil
movie, which I thought wasn’t all that great but was decent bordering
on okay. So that night I went to check out the sequel RE2: Apocalypse.
For the love of God, I thought that was the WORST movie I’ve ever
seen. I have a system in rating movies from an A+ to an F, and
this is the very first one that I’ve given an F to. So I was thinking,
people at the least must not think that highly of this movie, but nooooooo, apparently people love it. What
the
?! Once again I’m in the minority voice? Check out my posts about the matter from the cloudchaser – video forum and tell me I’m far off in my thinking….

but wait, maybe I’m not totally alone in this…

Was it really that bad? I haven’t seen the movie yet, but it couldn’t be as bad as Aliens Vs Preditors. Hey did the scene where the mother alien chasing after the Heros remind you of Jurassic Park T-Rex chase scene? The idea of AVP was a good one, but excution went horribly wrong, the movie was such a let down.
I never saw AVP. I repeat that I thought RE2:A was really bad. If you want a second opinion, ask Peter, because he liked it.
I have heard people talk about it. And they talk about it like it’s the greatest thing next to sliced bread.
