  • The Day of the Second Choice.  It’s been a funny day in terms of plans that needed to be altered at the last minute.

First off, me and my friends were going to this one restaurant to eat
Dim Sum.  The wait ended up to be almost one hour already with no
signs of getting in anytime soon.  In fact, we were “no.2″ on the
waiting list, and no.1 hasn’t even gone in yet.  Not only that,
but they’ve been seating smaller parties over big parties (like us)
because of the limited space.  Well, there was another restaurant
with Dim Sum nearby, so me and my girlfriend walked over there to see how long
the wait is.  We walked in, and was given a table
immediately.  I then called my friends to go ahead and walk over,
because we were already ordering food.

Later that day, my friends asked me to join them for Tennis.  They
decided to go to a tennis court that is a little more private, BUT the
courts there were already taken.  We then ended up over at the
local High School that has a lot more tennis courts, which we were
easily able to get not just one but TWO courts to ourselves.  Once
again with the second / alternate choice.

Then that night we decided to go to Tokyo Lobby for some Japanese
food.  The wait to get a table was 30 minutes long.  One of
my friends noticed a hot pot restaurant across from Tokyo Lobby and
insisted we eat there instead because there is no wait.  On par
with the tradition of the day, we ended up at a different restaurant
    than originally intended.

    Humorous ain’t it?
