• Out of all the movies that were released in 2008, I was able to see 62 of them... so far. I thought 2008 was a pretty strong year in movies, from the indies to the mainstream films, it was good all around. In fact there are still several notable films released in 2008 that I have yet to watch (maybe about 10-20), so this list below will change in time (marked by an "*"). To determine the top 25 movies of 2008, I based it on the grades that I've given them (A to F), as well as what my personal favorites were. With that method of ranking, this opens up room for "fun" movies and "serious" films to be included together.
