So William Hung has a Christmas album. This guy’s 15 minutes of
fame just won’t end will it? The guy can’t sing and he doesn’t even
look like a star. This is just an ongoing joke that will never
end. But you know what? I respect him. Why? Because he
really is living the American dream, and I can’t fault him for
that.He started off being publicly ridiculed on national television and the
internet. He was then given a chance to release an actual studio
album, which may just be an extension to making fun of him. But this
guy has major cajones, because instead of sulking or being depressed at
being a public laughing stock, he took advantage of it and is now quite
the success story. He is now making lots of money on something he isn’t
very good at; singing. He goes around the country doing live
performances where people actually go meet him. His CD actually
sells. AND he now has the clout to attract women.We started off laughing at him. Then he started laughing with
us. But now he is laughing at as. Good job Mr.Hung, you
definitely are living the American dream.

I think he is still popular because people have a morbid curiosity. You know what they say about the car crash, it maybe a horrible scene, but everyone still wants to see. Hung is just a horrible car wreck, as horrible as he is people just can’t help but to stare.
